Rolling Sharpening Stone ("we", "us") provides knife sharpening and restaurant-supply delivery services. This policy explains how we handle information for our SMS order-reminder program.
Information we collect
When you sign up for text reminders we collect your business name, contact name, and mobile phone number, and we keep a record of your consent (date and time). For active delivery customers we also keep your order history to build your reminders.
How we use it
We use your mobile number only to send order reminders, order confirmations, and to answer order questions you text us. Message frequency is about 3 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS provider, is permitted solely to deliver the messages you requested. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
