DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Free delivery rides our truck to your restaurant on its next scheduled route visit — usually within the week, often the next day. Shipped orders go out via ground carrier within 2 business days for a flat $25.

RETURNS

Unused, uncut knives in original packaging: full refund within 14 days — hand it to your driver or text us at (214) 701-5564 and we’ll sort it on the next visit. Something wrong with the knife itself (defect, damage in transit)? We make it right no matter when — we’re your sharpening crew, we’ll be at your kitchen anyway.

PAYMENTS

Card payments are processed by Stripe on their secure page — your card number never touches our servers. 8.25% Texas sales tax is added at checkout. Refunds go back to the original card.

PRIVACY

We collect your name, email, phone, and delivery details only to fulfill your order and send you your receipt and delivery updates. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
